Before using the site, take the time to read this, it's important. By using any of the services on this site, you agree to these terms in full. No changes to this document can be accepted as binding without permission.

Who's responsible, and who can I contact?

b3ta.cr3ation.co.uk is run by the cr3ation team. File queries should be directed to data@cr3ation.co.uk, tripcode queries should be directed to tripcodes@cr3ation.co.uk, legal enquires should be directed to legal@cr3ation.co.uk and all other queries should be sent to info@cr3ation.co.uk. This will help expedite your enquiry and saves time.

Disclaimers

Everyone makes mistakes, and we're no different. We once banned the entire country of Qatar without noticing until several complaints arrived in our mailbox. Because of this, we do reserve the right to remove any uploaded files, and we assume no liability for lost links or data, or damaged hardware. We don't like removing files, so if and when we do, you'll get a haiku instead of your file. We're nice like that. You use this site completely at your own risk, even though we do assert that it's completely safe.

So, what can't I do here?

  • Move any traffic that is illegal and/or are is violation of any law applicable in your area, or the area of our data providers (United Kingdom, France, America).
  • Copyrighted files. We get told off for that.
  • Any form of spam, rape threats, harassment and things like that. Be nice.

    • How private is my information?

    Unless stated otherwise, the guideline is that anything put into this site is public. If it doesn't ask for a password, anyone can access it given the URL, especially scratchpads or tags. This is by design, because sharing is caring. Spread the love!
    As for responsibility for uploads, files remain the responsibility of the owner, unless cr3ation are explicitly notified by email or via the complaints request form. cr3ation will then review the file, and leave it be or erase it.

    Please don't sue us - everyone makes mistakes.

    If you contact us through our contact form, we'll be more than happy to help you out. Suing us is not a pleasant or logical first step to solving a problem with our services. However, should you fail to understand this, your usage of the site binds you to indemnify and hold us harmless from any loss, liability, claims, damages and expenses, including attorneys fees, arising from or related to the content, use, or deletion of files or use of any other feature or service.

    We're running on a budget, here...

    You acknowledge that for some reason or another, we might go down for maintenence, or if the datacenter decides we're being naughty. There are a few common scenarios where we might go offline for short periods of time;
    - A payment problem surfaces and PayPal freezes our direct debit to the datacenter
    - A power failure at Redbus Interhouse, our data center
    - DNS failure (We use Byteforge)
    - We run out of drive space
    - We are running a periodical backup
